Delivery Information

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs to Ireland and Northern Ireland are a Flat rate of €5.00 shipped with Fastway Couriers (Tracked)

UK and European Orders will be sent by An Post.

Shipping method:

The shipping methods available are Flat Rate (Fastway Tracked) or An Post (standard).

All shipping times below are estimates. We want you to have your products asap and will be constantly monitoring our shipping providers for that to happen.

IRELAND: 1 – 2 business days
UK: 4 – 5 business days
Europe: 5 – 8 business days
Rest of the world: anything from to 7 – 20 days (depending on destination)

*Please note that during busy periods like Christmas the above estimates could change.

Customs/tax charges:

If you are ordering, please be aware of any charges that you may incur upon delivery of goods.

It is up to you, the customer to know these, Roches Barbers Limited cannot be responsible for any charges that relate to importing a product into your country.

Returns:

Damaged Products: Roches Barbers Limited are here to please, we want all our customers to receive premium quality products. If for some strange reason you did not receive the right product, or there is a problem with your product, please contact us straight away, we will happily sort this out asap. If there is a problem with your product, please email a picture along with your order number and we will get back to you that day.

Unwanted: If there is no problem with your product, but you simply do not want it. We will take back any unopened and unused products within 14 days. When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the product minus any shipping costs.

Please note: If bottle/container seal is broken or a product is tampered with in any way, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, as soon as we receive the product, we will start processing the return. Please pack any returns safely, to prevent any damages. Roches Barbers Limited cannot be held responsible if an order is lost being returned to us. We advise that you use registered mail to prevent this from happening.

Cancelling an order:

If you want to cancel an order this can be done provided that your order has not been dispatched yet. If your order has been dispatched and received, and you still want to return the order. Please return it to us within 14 days and we will refund the product cost minus shipping charges and any charges relating to crediting procedures. Roches Barbers Limited cannot be held responsible if an order is lost being returned to us. We advise that you use registered mail to prevent this from happening.
